Filial Piety Fund

In order to express gratitude to the parents of employees for their upbringing, the company provides a filial piety fund to the parents of employees who have been employed for more than two years. One week before the Dragon Boat Festival, employees write a letter to their parents, the filial piety fund is transferred to their parents' cards the day before, and on the Dragon Boat Festival, the company leaders will call each employee's parents to express their gratitude and let them rest assured.

At the end of each year, the company conducts home visits for outstanding employees to visit the parents of employees, the farthest to Zhalantun, Inner Mongolia, with a home visit journey of more than 30,000 kilometers.
